Also known as "The Ex-Alumnos (The Former Students) of the middle school known as "The Chirlos", is born from the restlessness of a group of young people, who want to return to the glory years we had before.
Here is some of it's history...
This millitary band has been forming itself by the generations of students who finish the middle school,that beggings from the times of the wheel, when they used chisels and stone planks instead of notebooks(a.k.a. the times of CHUPA jejeje), til the present time, the past, generationof the gardens jeje (a.k.a. the time of Chabela jejeje), and the now students who still don't have a nickname...(yet jejeje). Now lets remember some of their participations in various events.
The most outstanding, They Recived the Kings of Spain in the city of Guadalajara.
They participated in the September 16th parade in Guadalajara City.
They've gone to Guanajuato College to various exhibitions.
They've gone to Portugal College to various exhibitions.
They've gone to City of Jalostotilan to various exhibitions.
They've gone to City of Tlacuitapa to various exhibitions.
They've participated in diverse activities in the City of Lagos of Moreno, like: In the Subida and Bajada of Our Lord of the Calvario, the biggest religion activity in the City, and in all the mayor civic and religios events.
And of course each year they participate in the Millitary Bands Exhibition of the Middle School Jose Rosas Moreno "The Chirlitos"
Now that you know the band, let's clear some things.
1. The name Monumental Band is still not definite.
2. We want to put together this band with the sole pourpose to shut all those bands who talk to much (jeje).
3. We want to be again the innovators that we were.
